Should you decide to return a product, you will be refunded fully for the price of the product. You are responsible for paying any/all-shipping costs to return the product to us. Please notify us via our Contact Page form or at (866) 398-9454 prior to shipping. A authorization control number will be issued and must be included with any/all items returned. Please include within the package a brief explanation why it is being returned along with your name, address, phone number and email address if available. All used products as well as those that have exceeded the 30-day (from shipped date) time period are not covered by this return policy. - Damaged Products - If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us at (866) 398-9454. We will issue a damaged while shipping claim with the appropriate carrier. We will then send a replacement product to you at no additional charge.
